Live Arrival Guarantee

  All animals are guaranteed to be alive and in excellent health. In order for this guarantee to apply there must be someone to sign for the package and the package must be opened immediately. Animals will not be shipped on extremely hot or cold days so take this into account when purchasing your boa. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer any cash refund, exchange only. All prices are for individual reptiles. Baby boas under 6 months old are sexed by "popping". While every male is completely verified and guaranteed, there is a small chance that boas initially diagnosed as females have a slight chance of being male. Use this initial 24 hour wellness period to have the animal checked by your local veterinarian. You can go to my Favorite Links page to find a directory for local vets.

Shipping

  Personal delivery available for purchases within 100 miles of Arlington, Texas. All other shipping is done via Fedex Priority Overnight. We only ship within the continental 48 states. The purchaser is responsible for checking local requirements and laws in their area and securing any needed permits before purchasing. No refunds will be given for animals confiscated due to local laws. Please take into account your local weather when arranging shipping for your boa. I will not ship animals on extremely hot or cold days and require 24 hours notice to ship an animal. I do my best to ship as late in the day as possible to limit stress and exposure to weather but even then this animal will be sitting in a truck or warehouse for a small amount of time and even with hot or cold packs on extreme days it can be too much.

Deposits    We will accept a 25% deposit to reserve any animals. This deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to supply the animal. If we are unable to produce the animal, we will gladly refund this deposit.

Payment Options   Payment is required in advance by check, money order, or credit card through PayPal.. All animals paid for by check will be held until the check clears, usually around 10-15 business days. Payment plans available on any purchase over $200.00 contact me for details. When the account is paid in full, we will ship the animal on the agreed upon date.

Note: sure that you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment agreement. Any payments made are non-refundable. We can offer a credit for payments made to be applied to other animals in the event that you are unable to fulfill your commitment.
